Have you tried the photoshop? Apparently it has tools that can fix that.

I think I used pano tools before too. I actually used it to fix barrel distortion plus major perspective distortion when i was preparing pictures of my house for sale.

Yeah photoshop is a good tool to edit that..
I think photoshop is a single package that can do all regarding photo editing, graphics design,photo enhancing and photo manipulation..
