OK, I've decided to join up after lurking in this section for a while. Some background: I've been using P&S cams since 2002 & DSLRs since 2007. I'm still trying to master the basics of Photoshop. All pics are linked back to their original location on Flickr. Just click on the pics and then click on "more properties" to see EXIF data. C&C appreciated. Thx for dropping by.
Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: These are the third tallest buildings in the world next to Burj Dubai & Taipei 101. Taken handheld with a WA zoom lens. I decided not to adjust the distortion as the pic loses it's depth when that's done.

My good sir, "attempts" is in no way how I'd describe your work!
That picture there is very, very lovely. The contrast of the towers and the sky, how the center of the waterfountains is lined up perfectly, everything. Thanks for the share, it's great

.. May appear closer than they are.
Here's a pic I shot in Vancouver last summer. My wife was driving and I was taking street pics. We were paused at a stop light when I decided to take a pic of the guy in the car next to us. When I downloaded the pic to my Mac, I realized that I caught the rider behind as well (in the rear-view mirror). Thanks for looking. Cheers.
