DSLR lenses: Post your collection!

Have the following:

- Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AF
- Nikon 18-200mm VR
- Tokina 12-24mm f/4
Camera Body is D90

Looking for a macro lens now, deciding between Tokina 100mm f/2.8 macro or the Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro or Sigma 105 f/2.8 macro. Any suggestions?

I've got:
28-80mm f/4-5.6 G Nikkor (Kit lens with my D50)
50mm f/1.8 D Nikkor
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6
70-200mm VR f/2.8 Nikkor (not the VR II, but the original VR)
70-300mm f/4-5.6 G Nikkor (not the VR version) (I haven't really touched this lens in a year.

And I know bodies aren't really relevant, but I have a D300, a D50 and an N80.

And, Quacktacular, I couldn't SURVIVE without my Sig 10-20. Even though it's a bit slow, it's still one of my favorite lenses. It's a tie between that and my 70-200.

I've been thinking about the 105mm Micro Nikkor, but I think another flash and/or a lighting kit would be better.

Sold my Nikkor 50 1.8 as I didn't use it that much. Sacrilege, I know but I just didn't like it.

Ok, I bought myself a Nikon 300mm f4 AF-S recently for Christmas. Now all I have on my wish list is the 24-70 2.8 and either a 500mm or 600mm..... er, and maybe a newer tilt-shift lens.

I want both a 24-70 and I've got a pretty big interest in the 45mm PC Nikkor.

Welcome, the 50's a pretty good but I would suggest taping your kit lens into place at 50mm (or whatever prime lens interval you're investigating, like say a 35mm) and try shooting like that for a bit to make sure it is a focal length you wouldn't mind shooting a lot. Some people love it, others find it too long and opt for the 35mm 1.8. All preference but at least you have a good start to find focal lengths you like.

I'm now down to the only 7 lenses I use on a regular basis (5 primes and 2 zooms). Although, the 24-105L is getting used less and less (see my signature).

My Canon 17-55mm f/2.8 IS pretty much lives on my camera now. It used to be that the 24-70mm lived there but I use my SLR to photograph my toddler a lot and I need a wider angle to keep up. The IS is a nice to have too.
